A consortium of universities, local enterprise partnerships, businesses and other organisations in the East of England is in the process of completing a Science and Innovation Audit (SIA) on behalf of the Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS). The purposes of the audit include contributing to the development of the Industrial Strategy and informing future bids for local investment.
The region includes Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Hertfordshire, Essex, Southend, Thurrock, Rutland and two Lincolnshire Districts (South Kesteven and South Holland).
The Life Sciences theme of the SIA is being led by Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst. This short questionnaire has been designed to enable businesses in the East of England in the field of life sciences to contribute to the Audit. It should not take more than five minutes to complete, and we would be grateful for any evidence you are able to provide. This will be aggregated with evidence from other businesses and used as part of the wider evidence base for the Audit.
Copies of the full SIA will be freely available after publication in July.
If you have any questions about the SIA or this survey, please contact: Martino Picardo, Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst
or Emma Palmer-Foster at Emma.Palmer-Foster@stevenagecatalyst.com
We would be grateful for responses by Friday 21st April 2017.
